A blacklisted racer can't join a session that you host.
A blacklisted racer will appear in the friends/studied list in red.
You can't stop a blacklisted driver from joining an official session.
Paint your own shitlist - see bottom of this page.

3. IF YOU ARE BLACKLISTED AND TRY TO JOIN A RACE
You can't join races hosted by admins who have blacklisted you.
The join button will be replaced with a red "X".
Being blacklisted is not the only reason you may not be able to join a hosted session.
As explained on my custom paint page, you can add a paint to a car that only you see.
(Trading Paints will let others see your car - see the custom paints page).
In this case, you are changing the way another driver's car appears to you only.
For this example I searched the name of iRacing's Chief Steward.
Once the name is displayed, hover mouse over the name and select view driver.
You are now viewing the driver career / stats of that member.
From the address bar, copy the driver's custID (eg below 10041).
http://members.iracing.com/membersite/member/CareerStats.do?custid=10041
Download blacklist.zip which contains car_10041.tga
It's a black/yellow striped paint .tga file - original source unknown.
The tga file is deliberately set to 'read only'.
Unzip the folder, rename 10041 in the file name to any member's ID.
If you want more than one, copy the file.
Final step, add the file to the car's iRacing paints folder
Example for Skip Barber
Documents > iRacing > paint > rt2000
Next time you race with that person, their car should be painted with black/yellow stripes.
